Before you start make sure FortiCleint is installed on your laptop, if it's not there please follow How to install application(s) article to install FortiClient.
When working from home please make sure your device is connected to the Wi-Fi or LAN cable
Once the internet connection is established, it will automatically connect the “always on” VPN. You manually need to disconnect always on VPN before connecting through FortiClient.
Disconnect/Check Always on VPN:
Press “Windows Key +i” to open the settings
Go to Network & Internet and select VPN
Check the User Tunnel and disconnect it if it’s connected
Connect through Forticlient VPN:
Click on Start and search Forticlient VPN (if it’s not there then you need to install it from Software Centre)
Open the application by clicking on it
Tick the check box to agree with the licensing conditions and on the next page enter your login credentials and hit connect
